These terms apply to your use of this website and to the Sheeva Software LLC SMS text messaging program ("Sheeva Software," "we," "us"). By using this site or opting in to our text messages, you agree to them. Software we license to businesses is governed by the licence agreement for that product, not by these terms.

SMS Terms

• Program. Sheeva Software LLC sends text messages to business contacts who have agreed to receive them: people evaluating or licensing our point-of-sale software. Messages include sample customer reminders (for example, a pawn loan or layaway due-date reminder, marked DEMO) sent during a product demonstration, and notices about your software account, such as licence renewals, and replies to your support requests. Sheeva Software does not offer loans or financial services.
• How you opt in. Verbally, when our representative asks during an in-person or phone demonstration and you say yes. We record your consent and send a confirmation text right away. Opting in is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency. Varies, up to about 5 messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to messages you send and receive.
• Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one final message confirming you are unsubscribed. You can rejoin by replying START.
• Help. Reply HELP to any message, or email contact@sheevasoftware.com.
• Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.
• Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder for the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission.
• Privacy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Use of this website

The content of this website is provided for general information about Sheeva Software LLC and its products. You may view and share it for that purpose. You may not copy it in whole or in part for commercial use without our permission.

No warranty

This website and the text messaging program are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sheeva Software LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our text messages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will post the revised version here and update the effective date above. Material changes to the SMS program will also be sent to current subscribers by text.
